Shipping, Returns, Refunds & Cancellation

Shipping Policy

Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.

We typically ship orders within 24 working hours of receiving it. Please allow the following number of days for receipt of your order:

  1. Domestic: 2-7 business days in Urban regions within India. (This region consists of cities and towns in India that are served by major courier companies)
  2. Order deliveries will be made between 9am – 9pm, Monday – Saturday. The above-mentioned days are an approximation, which depends on third party logistics. Gst-Mart is not to be held liable for delay in case of unavoidable circumstances like strikes and national calamities.

Returns

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

To return your product, you should mail your product to: GST-MART 253 / 3E, Kurinji Street, Ezhil Nagar, Trichy, TamilNadu, IN - 620014. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at admin@gst-mart.com.

Our merchandise/service is offered for sale by Gst-Mart for your personal enjoyment and not for resale. Therefore, we reserve the right to refuse to sell to any person whom we believe may be purchasing for resale.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at admin@gst-mart.com and send your item to: GST-MART 253 / 3E, Kurinji Street, Ezhil Nagar, Trichy, TamilNadu, IN - 620014.

Cancellation Policy

Customer cancellation: The customer can cancel the order for the product till Gst-Mart ship it. Orders once shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Gst-Mart cancellation: There may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and these may need to be cancelled. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include, non-availability of the product or quantities ordered by you or inaccuracies or errors in pricing information specified by our partners.
